Big Brother isn't necessarily who you think it is...

With all the concern out there that the government might invade your privacy, we don't often consider that our beloved Bill of Rights still places many limitations on what the Big Law can do to peer into our lives. That's not so true of private companies, like Google or Disney.

Maybe I shouldn't have searched for belly dancer pictures for a previous blog post. What are the Google eggheads thinking about me now?

Remember that movie, 'The Net' with Sandra Bullock? The storyline was more intense at the time because the internet was fairly new and it was easy to create a sci-fi nightmare about it. People didn't really know that much about the internet then. You could make another movie with that same premise but instead of just corporate conspiracy, throw in some government conspiracy stuff, and it might scare people pretty good.
