So I checked out Shugyosha Tiger...

I took a peek at our new friend Ben's blog today. And I was pretty impressed. So I've added it to the blog roll on the left.

Ben's obviously working really hard at his BJJ, and I think it can provide some inspiration on several levels. Those garage workouts look intense! I'm going to have to step it up a notch or two.

But I was really impressed with his attitude as I browsed through the posts and watched his fight video. Especially the fight video... Blogging can be hard work, but I look forward to learning more from your perspective, Ben, please keep it up.
