Uchi Mata


I'm really hoping this .gif file works... It's very impressive. Let me know if anyone thinks they can do what's shown here.
That's got to be hard on the knees though...

    Uchi mata is one of my best weapons on the mat. It should be one of yours. But you probably throw dust in your enemies' faces and run to hide like a little girl.
