Was that Austrian trying to jinx his stunt by naming it Icarus II? He's a true daredevil and he's lucky his wings didn't melt, or freeze, as the case would truly be up there in those altitudes. I am just suddenly compelled to burst into song:

It scares me when the author of an article uses "special forces" & Strap-on" in the title of his article.
